Gourmet Apple Finger Foods

Usually at parties you see the same ole finger foods; sushi, chicken fingers, kabobs, and chips.  All of which are fine, but aren’t you ready for something adventurous; something out of the box – literally?

Welcome to the culinary world of gourmet caramel apples!  ‘A caramel apple is entirely too huge to be considered a finger food’  you might say.  Au contraire mon fraire – not when they’re prepared the Richland way!

A standard finger food place setting is about 11’ x 4’ or a 16 x 5 ½.  This gives you the opportunity to be as creative as you’d like and because our gourmet caramel apples are individually decorated, you can be assured that the presentation will be impeccable.

Start by going to our website and taking a tour of our apple gallery.  After you’ve made your selection, simply wait until at least 30 minutes before your event to prepare.

We recommend you purchase a bag of ‘Grannie Smith Apples.’

Next, take the apples you purchased from the supermarket and cut into individual slices.

Once you have your store-bought apples sliced, open your gourmet caramel apples order. Slice them into at least 8 slices per apple.

Finally, get a decorative, preferably 16’ x 5 ½’ bright white plate and place the store bought apples in two’s and then place a slice of the gourmet caramel apple on top.

And there you have it!  A gourmet apple finger food platter and you did it will little or no prep time.  Be sure to follow our Blog every week for more gourmet apple ideas.
