Apple Artisan

Richland Gourmet Apple Blogger/Contributor

As a writer, you tend to see things in terms of the product or service you’re writing about.  So as an Apple Blogger, when I saw the June 7th report on Rock Center with Brian Williams® by NBC’s Willie Geist on 'Artisans'; it dawned on me that our products at Richland Gourmet Apples® are just that – artistry.

Because lets face it.  Why would anyone pay $15 - $25 for an apple?  The same reason someone would pay $35 for a sharpened pencil (check out David Rees, Artisanal Pencil Sharpening); its art and as such, those that create it are in fact artisans.  So what’s an artisan?  An artisan is defined as someone who makes things by hand.  And as such, due to the time and workmanship that’s involved; the artisan accesses a high value to the product or thing that they made by hand.

An apple is a thing.  And in case you didn’t know it, our apples are handmade by our Appleologists or to be politically correct and in sync with our artistic counterparts, by our Apple Artisans.  You didn’t think that we mass produced our gourmet candy apples did you?  No ma’am, there’s no way that we could put these delicate babies on an assembly line.

And wouldn’t you like to be one of the few who’s tasted a gourmet granny smith candy caramel apple?  I mean if you are a true supporter and patron of the arts, shouldn’t your appreciation span into the artisanal area of gourmet caramel apples? Because if you don’t, then one has to truly question your artistic palette. Well, maybe we went a little overboard – but you get the gist.  To show your support for the arts, visit RichlandGourmetApples.com today!
